Sour Crinkle was originally Illuminauto #21 released back in 2017, after more breeding development and progression with her we are delighted to bring her back under the new Mephisto Reserva collection. Sour Crinkle is the mating of two of our sauciest, greasiest strains. Both Trichome and terpene production is out of this world. She is a fantastic all-rounder for a personal stash of sublime quality meds, being both a fast and not too fussy strain once established in a nice environment. Definitely a Mephisto in house favourite, and one not to sleep on!

Strain behaviour and structure:

Sour Crinkle is by no means a monster producer or monster plant, although we have seen good growers achieve up to 190g per plant, she really excels in a medium to high density volume of plants. She can grow as a main cola dominant plant in a SOG style grow easily, however, a bit of light training such as leaf tucking will go a long way to promote clusters of even nuggs. With the fast, squat Indica influence of Sour Crack and a small injection of sativa from the grape part of the Grape Crinkle, the result is a manageable strain that creates compact, resin encrusted buds very quickly. Total cycle time is short at 65-75 days from sprout for very well developed meds.

• Aroma and Flavour: Fruity, grape soda with added fuel. Tastes earthy, sweet, piney with hints of citrus and summer fruits to red grapes.

• Effect: Initial strong, euphoric high which levels off to be a supremely relaxing good vibe.

• Extract: Super oily, and high terpene level results in very high returns rates for producing extracts.
